| ISRAEL PHOTOS IV -- Pilgrimage |

Since early times many have risked life, fortune, and reputation to travel to Israel/Palestine in order to see first hand the land where Jesus taught his disciples the way of righteousness and was present for the miraculous healing of the sick and disabled. The pages of this site contain the words of pilgrims who were able to publish accounts of their travels and whose books were yet in existence at the time I did research for this publication. The research continued on the assumption that those who visited Israel/Palestine in search of the context of the Gospels might have seen something or received some inspiration. In the case of the parable of the mustard seed that grew to great height, there is photographic evidence showing this plant growing tall as it is among the largest of garden plants.
'As one lamp lights another, nor grows less, so nobleness enkindleth nobleness.' James Russel Lowell, (1819-1891)
